Seth brings a unique brand of real estate strategy and client advocacy to the Hilltop Real Estate Group. With eight years of past experience in the legal field, where relationships and critical analysis were paramount, Seth transitioned to real estate full time in June 2024 and proudly joined the Hilltop team in November 2024. Seth has a deep commitment to fighting for his clients’ best interests and building winning strategies together.
Originally from Virginia and a graduate of James Madison University with a BA in English, Seth has called Texas home since 2010. While he may not be a native West Texan, his years in Lubbock have given him a genuine appreciation for the community and what a great place it can be to call home. Seth is passionate about unlocking the local market, educating and advising his clients whether they are first-time buyers or multi-time sellers, and aims to make the real estate process as stress-free as possible.
When Seth isn’t ‘real estating’, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Erin, their two young children, and their ornery boxer pup. Seth likes to make obscene noise with guitars, is a fantasy football glutton, and is a loud and proud supporter of the Lubbock Matadors soccer club. You’ll find him out with his friends and family exploring the very best of what Lubbock has to offer.
