Lee was born in Fort Worth, Texas but he grew up in Southeast New Mexico. He went to Wayland Baptist University in Plainview, Texas, and has called Texas home ever since. He has been married to his wife Robin since 2002, and he has 3 kids: Preslee, Boston, and Lincoln. Lee was a Pastor for 18 years before moving his ministry to the marketplace. Lee got into Real Estate in January of 2018 and was recognized as the Rock Star of the Year and the Keller Williams Culture Award winner within his first 12 months. In 2019, Lee also received the Keller Williams Rookie of the Year Award and was featured as the Rising Star in the Real Producers Magazine. In 2021, Lee started the Hilltop Real Estate Group, and the team has grown exponentially every year since. Lee is known for his ability to connect with his clients, listen to their needs, and deliver them the best possible results with excellence. Eleazar is married with five daughters and one son aged 30 to 11. He served in the US Air Force for about 8 years spending some time overseas during Desert Storm. He loves the outdoors and spends most of his free time hiking, running, or going to the gym.

Eleazar has extensive experience in customer-focused industries. Honest, dependable, and trustworthy with a high level of integrity is how his customers would describe him. He is very patient when with first-time buyers and can explain the process while navigating them throughout the real estate transaction. I grew up in Shallowater, TX. Following that, I went to Wayland Baptist University and graduated from Texas Tech University. I have been married to my husband, Lee McClure, for almost 22 years. We have three kids: Preslee (16), Boston (13), and Lincoln (10). I am a Site Coordinator/Instructor for the Tech Teach program at the College of Education. Before that, I taught for 15 years in public education, with an emphasis on Special Education and Dyslexia. I got my Real Estate License in August of 2023. I have enjoyed being a Realtor and assisting clients as they buy or sell homes. It is especially fun to learn from my husband and work alongside him in the Real Estate business. In my spare time, I like to attend Texas Tech sport events with my family, go on dates with my husband, watch movies, hang out with friends, and attend my kids’ extra-curricular activities. I also love trying new coffee shops and tasting different varieties of wine. With eight years of past experience in the legal field, where relationships and critical analysis were paramount, Seth transitioned to real estate full time in June 2024 and proudly joined the Hilltop team in November 2024. Originally from Virginia and a graduate of James Madison University with a BA in English, Seth has called Texas home since 2010. While he may not be a native West Texan, his years in Lubbock have given him a genuine appreciation for the community and what a great place it can be to call home.
